MADDIE STAMBLER is a documentary filmmaker, writer and photographer.
Maddie's documentary work has been featured at a number of film festivals nationwide including the Cleveland International Film Festival, the San Francisco Documentary Film Festival, and the BronzeLens Film Festival. Her writing and select documentary works have been published on Salvation South, The Bitter Southerner and Duke Magazine.
She is a graduate of Duke University with a BA in Storytelling, an MFA in Experimental and Documentary Arts and a Certificate in College Teaching.
Her previous documentary credits include ASK DR. RUTH (Hulu, 2019), VISIBLE: OUT ON TELEVISION (Apple TV+, 2020), ASSASSINS (2020), WOLFGANG (Disney+, 2021), GOOD NIGHT OPPY (Amazon Prime, 2022), STAN LEE (Disney+, 2023) and Martha Stewart's MasterClass THINK LIKE A BOSS, LIVE LIKE LEGEND (MasterClass, 2024).
Currently, Maddie is a producer at Blue Ox Films in Portland, OR.
